My chest feels tight like I m not getting enough air. If I breathe deep, my chest and trachea hurt and it causes me to cough. I m being treated for acute bronchitis with amoxicillin, but it s been 5 days and doesn t seem better. What are your thoughts?

hi,
there may be quite possibility that if you have acute bacterial bronchitis, there may be resistantance to amoxycillin by the bacteria.
so after bactetial sensitivity testing( if can be done),based on antibiogram newer antibiotic can be started after consulting the doctor.
